UP Police Lost Report Application


Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has launched a mobile and web based applications called “UPP Lost Report App” for reporting lost article like mobile phones, passport, voter ID card, Aadhaar Card, other valuable documents etc. Using this mobile application, citizens of the state now lodge a report/complaint of  lost articles, without visiting the police station and they will be provided a digitally signed acknowledgement of the report which can be used as First Information Report FIR) for the article lost but remember that these applications are for reporting only those articles or things which are not a subject matter of enquiry/investigation.This mobile application facilitates immediate lodging of report with UP Police for Article or Documents lost in Uttar Pradesh.You can lodge complaints on article or documents like :

Mobile, Passport, Pan Card, Credit Card, Debit Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Institutional Document, Identity Card, etc.

Any agency or an individual has an option to verify the authenticity of the report, by entering the LA Report no by visiting the website of UP Police i.e. http://uppolice.gov.in
